At the Mittelbau-Dora concentration Camp in central Germany, prisoners died by the thousands building underground factories in a mountainside so the Nazis could develop their secret weapons unleashed at the war's end, like the V2 Rocket seen here. Many of the unfinished rockets are still on display inside the mountain tunnels. |
